Woodpecker is the entry level stove range from ACR Heat Products, a family run UK company with over 35 years of experience in the heating industry. Designed in Britain and built to deliver uncompromising quality at an accessible price point, the Woodpecker range brings together ACR's decades of industry knowledge with the latest in clean burning technology.
Woodpecker Stoves
The range is focused and purposeful, consisting of three models: the WP4, a compact cast iron woodburner with a 4.3kW output; the WP5, a steel and cast iron multifuel stove with a 5kW output and an impressive 82.5% efficiency (A+ energy rating); and the WP5 with integrated log store. Every model is DEFRA exempt and EcoDesign Ready, making them some of the cleanest burning stoves available and fully approved for use in smoke control areas. All stoves are fitted with a 125mm flue spigot to suit UK requirements and can be installed onto a 12mm non combustible hearth. Direct air connection is available as an option across the range, making them suitable for modern new build properties.
Despite their accessible pricing, the Woodpecker stoves don't cut corners on the details. Large glass doors provide generous views of the flames, easy to use push and pull air control levers sit beneath the door for intuitive operation, and a clever adjustable handle design allows the door seal tension to be fine tuned over the life of the stove. All models are backed by a 5 year warranty on the stove body.

Service was outstanding
From start to finish the service was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly service from all involved. My stove was fitted over 2 days by John & Andy (both not very well either hats off to them) after the 1st day I decided that i wanted my tv on the chimney breast not original planned for but yet again they said no problem we can do that 😁 they have finished today and wow just wow it looks spectacular and well worth the money 💴. It’s a messy job and I have a bit of an OCD with mess but they kept everything as tidy as they could and the finish is top notch, I’m over them moon. Thanks Leeds Stove centre you’ve made my Christmas 🎄 I would highly recommend this company for anyone thinking of getting a log burner. Zoe xxx

Finished result looks great
Very happy with my new wood burner from Leeds Stove Centre, they were easy to deal with throughout the whole process. The fitters Tom and Jamie worked hard all day and the finished result looks great. The inset down lights are well worth the extra.

Absolutely amazing job done by Leeds Stove Centre. Very smooth process. The survey was done, quote sent the following day and a date booked in. All questions answered quickly by Adele. On the day John and Andy turned up and cracked on. Before I knew they were done and explaining how to use the stove. Very polite and very clean (especially considering how much dust must have been produced!). Very happy with our new log burner :)
