The ACR Tempus represents a new generation of woodburning technology, combining timeless design with an advanced hybrid catalytic combustion system. Designed to extract more usable heat from every load of wood, the Tempus provides long-lasting, consistent warmth while helping to reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
One of its standout features is its continuous burn mode, which automatically regulates the combustion air to provide a steady heat output over an extended period. ACR states that laboratory testing achieved up to 10 hours of heating from a single load under specified test conditions. When you want a more traditional fire with visible flames, the stove can simply be turned up to operate more like a conventional woodburner.
A generous viewing window and advanced airwash system provide an impressive view of the fire, while its clean-burning technology and fully lined firebox maximise efficiency and performance. The Tempus is also DEFRA Exempt, allowing wood to be burned in UK Smoke Control Areas.

Absolutely amazing job
Absolutely amazing job done by Leeds Stove Centre. Very smooth process. The survey was done, quote sent the following day and a date booked in. All questions answered quickly by Adele. On the day John and Andy turned up and cracked on. Before I knew they were done and explaining how to use the stove. Very polite and very clean (especially considering how much dust must have been produced!). Very happy with our new log burner :)

Just wanted to take the time to say a big thank you to the team for your help and guidance. We originally came across LSC from a Facebook advert and were interested in a package they offered. However after visiting their showroom we ended up going a different route. So much choice! Huge thanks to Adele and her guidance, we feel like we have done the job properly and have zero regrets. Also a huge thanks to their fitters, John & Andy. They were professional ,timely, polite, (patient- our job turned into a bit of a tricky one!) and kept the mess to a minimum.
