The Chesneys Sanctuary 5WS Log Store MK3 combines contemporary styling, exceptional efficiency and practical design. Its elevated body sits above a generous integrated log store, keeping firewood neatly organised while giving the stove a taller, more impressive presence within the room.
Delivering a 4.9kW nominal heat output with a 3.5–7kW heat range, the Sanctuary is ideally suited to small and medium-sized living spaces. An outstanding 86.4% efficiency rating helps maximise the heat produced from every log while keeping fuel consumption and emissions low.
The stove is fully DEFRA Exempt, making it suitable for wood burning in UK Smoke Control Areas when used in accordance with its approval. Chesneys also states that its emissions are around one tenth of the level permitted for a comparable DEFRA-exempt stove, making clean-burning performance one of its standout features.
With its large viewing window, clean contemporary lines and practical log storage, the Sanctuary 5WS Log Store offers an excellent combination of style and everyday usability. Measuring 807mm high × 480mm wide × 390mm deep, it provides premium woodburning performance in a beautifully proportioned design.

Service was outstanding
From start to finish the service was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly service from all involved. My stove was fitted over 2 days by John & Andy (both not very well either hats off to them) after the 1st day I decided that i wanted my tv on the chimney breast not original planned for but yet again they said no problem we can do that 😁 they have finished today and wow just wow it looks spectacular and well worth the money 💴. It’s a messy job and I have a bit of an OCD with mess but they kept everything as tidy as they could and the finish is top notch, I’m over them moon. Thanks Leeds Stove centre you’ve made my Christmas 🎄 I would highly recommend this company for anyone thinking of getting a log burner. Zoe xxx
