The Highlander 8 log store stove is unique due to the two door opening and large fire bed, ideal for logs up to 460mm in length. (The new Solo single door option is also available)

With an output of up to 8kW, the Highlander 8 is ideal for larger rooms

The log store built into the Dunsley Highlander 8 stove makes it easier to reach all the controls and remove the ash, making it a favourite with the older and infirm

The Highlander 8 has a superb airwash system that has been designed to keep the glass clean to give a clear view of the fire, and is fitted with an automatic safety device which prevents the bottom door being opened before the top one.

Each door has its own primary air controls. These control the amount of fuel being burnt and can also be closed down for overnight burning of fossil fuels

It has the option of a 12,000 BTU boiler for hot water, which can be either purchased with the stove or retro-fitted at a later date( This takes the place of the rear fire brick). 

The grate mechanism can be adjusted for burning wood or other solid fuels including: peat, coal and coal briquettes

The Dunsley Highlander 8 stove is available with black, brass or polished steel knobs and is finished in black metallic paint
